When you fill out a form on this site — the buyer questionnaire, seller questionnaire, agent referral form, general contact form, newsletter sign-up, or the email forms on the risk checklist and Move Math pages — you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing or property address, and details about your timeline, budget, or situation. This information is submitted directly to Dylan Lennon to respond to your inquiry and is not sold or rented to third parties.
Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, the hosting provider for this site. Netlify handles the technical delivery of your submission; it is not used for marketing and is not shared beyond what's needed to receive and respond to your message.
If you subscribe to the Asheville, Honestly newsletter, I use your email address, and any optional answers you give (such as where you're moving from, when you might move, and topics you're curious about), to send you that email and to make it relevant to you. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you use the Move Math email form, the numbers you entered (price, down payment, rate, term and location type) are sent along with your email so I can send them back to you.
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, general location (city/region level, from IP address), and device or browser type. This is aggregate, anonymized usage data; it isn't used to identify you personally. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information — you can block or delete these cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser add-on.
The site also saves a small record in your browser's local storage: the campaign tags on the link you arrived from (for example utm_source), the website that referred you, and the first page you visited. This lets me see which content led to an inquiry. If you submit a form, that record is included with your submission. It isn't sold or shared, and you can remove it any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers.
This site links to third-party services including Zillow and Google Business Profile for reviews, and to Netlify for form processing. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy doesn't cover how they handle your information.
Form submissions are retained as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to meet real estate recordkeeping requirements. If you'd like your information deleted or have questions about what's on file, email dylanjlennon@gmail.com and it will be handled directly.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect information from children.
