District Brewery
New development details on a 4-story mid-rise coming to Asheville's South Slope neighborhood are out, including an official name. “District Brewery” will become the newest condo development slated for construction in Asheville's Brewery district, known as the South Slope.
The Asheville City Council approved the development in November 2021 under the name of District Brewery.
Spearheaded by a team of well-known developers (who recently completed 17 N Market Street), the building will be made up of condos, hotel rooms, and some restaurant space. The building will also feature a rooftop greenspace and will give prospective residents a new choice for urban living near Asheville's urban core.
The starting prices for market-rate units have not yet been announced.
